My stay was really really nice for a 4 day business trip. It was functional, compact and with nice character.
Paid £ 27 per 24 hours to access the net, even so Wi-Fi was weak.

Simply no complaints whatsoever, really great stay. Absolutely great accommodation with amazing setting very close to the Trolley, which can be heard, malls, and the San Fran arts district. Personable staff, quick check-in...

Very confortable hotel, right next to Union Square lots of bars and restaurants around. The receptionist was extremely kind giving every kind of support we needed. Very confortable hotel, I definitely recommend it....

The service of the staff was excellent with one exception.The location is great, next to Union Square, great stores nearby and more within walking distance.
One day the maid did not do a good job making the bed and straightening the room. It looked like she had been interrupted and forgot to come back. The design of the ventilation is inferior because the windows can't be closed tightly and the ventilation fan in the bathroom is very powerful. This is good for the general ventilation of the room but makes for a cold draft when taking a shower. We had a suite but the bathroom was quite small and there was no counter or shelf space for personal items (cosmetics, hair dryer etc.).

The hotel is right in union square so location was amazing! It is decorated very modern.. Very designer, not like any ordinary hotel. They hold luggage if u need to check out early and plane leaves later. Max's restaurant downstairs...

Location was perfect for our stay.
The harassment of the boycotters. I didnt mind that they were boycotting I just didnt like that I felt like they were harassing directly to the us the customers. I would recommend this hotel but I would make sure there was no boycotting during the next stay.

The carpet had stains and needed to be cleaned. The toilet would not flush with out holding the handle down. Being a plumber I was able to fix that problem.

I really appreciated the contemporary decor throughout Hotel G San Francisco, especially the high ceilings and warm color palette. The staff were helpful, which I valued as a senior traveler.
